Answer: No. We provide Free Shipping on All Orders delivered within the United States. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

Answer: Bagistra  is located at 141 W 10th St, New York, NY 10014, USA . Currently, we ship exclusively to customers within the United States.

Question #5: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Answer: Yes, we offer a cancellation window. You have 24 Hours after placing an order to request a cancellation. Please email us at Support@bagistra.shop immediately for assistance.

Question #6: What is your return policy?

Answer: We offer a 30 Days return window from the date of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For a return to be accepted, the Women Handbags must be in its original, unused condition.

Question #7: Is there a restocking fee for returns?

Answer: No. We provide a $0 Restocking Fee for all eligible returns.
